Sushi tasting in one of the restaurants that participated in Sushi master 2022 | Orientaru fusión gastronómica 🍣🥢[ESP-ENG]

Hola amigos ✌️ espero se encuentren muy bien, el día de hoy les quiero compartir mi experiencia comiendo en uno de los restaurante de sushi que fue participe del sushi master 2022, esta ubicado en un municipio de Colombia y para serles sincera es la primera vez que visito el municipio pero nos recomendaron mucho el lugar así que aquí les cuento que tal nos fue.

Hello friends ✌️ I hope you are very well, today I want to share my experience eating in one of the sushi restaurants that was a participant of sushi master 2022, is located in a municipality of Colombia and to be honest it is the first time I visit the town but we were highly recommended the place so here I tell you how it was.

El lugar se llama Orientaru, esta ubicado en Sabanagrande frente a la cancha el libertador, al ver el lugar notas que a pesar de ser un restaurante pequeño es demasiado bonito, tiene bombillos tipo aesthetic que le dan un toque de luz tenue y cómodo al lugar, plantas naturales y sintéticas como decoración, música agradable y lo mejor de todo es que el restaurante es bastante abierto tipo al aire libre por lo que es muy fresco.

The place is called Orientaru, it is located in Sabanagrande in front of the court the liberator, to see the place you notice that despite being a small restaurant is too nice, has aesthetic type bulbs that give a touch of dim light and comfortable to the place, natural and synthetic plants as decoration, nice music and best of all is that the restaurant is quite open type outdoors so it is very cool.

Elegimos la mesa para sentarnos y el chico que nos atendió muy amablemente nos indico que el código QR lo podíamos encontrar pegado en la mesa por lo que pudimos ver el menú virtual, habían tantas cosas ricas que estábamos un poco indecisos por cual de todas ordenar. Antes de llegar la comida nos trajeron servilletas, salsa de soja/mostaza miel y por supuesto nuestros palitos chinos para comer.

We chose the table to sit at and the guy who served us very kindly told us that we could find the QR code stuck on the table so we could see the virtual menu, there were so many delicious things that we were a little undecided which one to order. Before the food arrived we were brought napkins, soy sauce/honey mustard and of course our chopsticks to eat.

Al final decidí irme por unos rolls de chicken crispy teriyaki acompañados de una limonada cerezada como bebida (tenía muchísimo tiempo que no tomaba limonada cerezada) Mi amiga se decidió por un combo llamado ''para mi'' mini entrada que contiene rolls y palmitos de cangrejo, su novio se fue por una Happy box de pollo frito crocante que trae como acompañante papas fritas.

Miren estas delicias, la verdad es que cuando vi los rolls me parecieron algo pequeños pero a medida que iba comiendo me iba llenando cada vez más, estaban demasiado ricos, suavecitos por fuera y crocantes por dentro por el pollo, de sabor 10/10 lo que más me gusto es que no sentí el arroz tan pesado como me ha pasado con algunos sushis antes. Pude probar un poco de la comida de mi amiga y los palmitos de cangrejo me encantaron por su crocancia y sabor, en resumen la comida a mi parecer estaba exquisita, a parte de un sazón y presentación increíble.

In the end I decided to go for some chicken crispy teriyaki rolls accompanied by a cherry lemonade as a drink (I hadn't had cherry lemonade for a long time). My friend decided on a combo called ''for my'' mini entrance which contains rolls and crab palm hearts, her boyfriend went for a Happy box of crispy fried chicken with french fries as a side dish.

Look at these delicacies, the truth is that when I saw the rolls they seemed a little small but as I was eating I was getting fuller and fuller, they were too rich, soft on the outside and crunchy on the inside because of the chicken, the flavor 10/10 what I liked the most is that I did not feel the rice as heavy as it has happened to me with some sushi before. I was able to try some of my friend's food and I loved the crab palm hearts for their crunchiness and flavor, in short the food in my opinion was exquisite, besides an incredible seasoning and presentation.

Fue una noche bastante bonita y agradable, pude compartir con mis amigos, hablamos, nos reímos un rato, conocí un poquito del municipio que espero poder conocer mucho mejor la próxima vez que vaya de día, con más tiempo y por supuesto comí algo rico que siempre provoca jaja. Investigando un poco encontramos con que el restaurante estaba participando dentro de la ciudad de Barranquilla pero de los 16 participantes no quedo en los 5 favoritos, aunque para serles sincera a nosotros nos gustó muchísimo y disfrutamos de la comida.

It was a very nice and pleasant evening, I was able to share with my friends, we talked, we laughed for a while, I knew a little bit of the town that I hope to know much better the next time I go during the day, with more time and of course I ate something delicious that always provokes haha. Doing a little research we found that the restaurant was participating in the city of Barranquilla but out of the 16 participants it was not in the top 5 favorites, although to be honest we liked it very much and enjoyed the food.

Gracias por haber llegado hasta aquí chicos, si en algún momento llegan a vacacionar o pasear por el municipio de Sabanagrande no se olviden de pasar por el restaurante Orientaru y tener una espectacular experiencia con sus platillos.
