Hello PIZZA Fam! 😊🍕

We're almost into TGIF territory now so you know what that means 😉, PIZZA Trivia/Gartic Community Night will soon be here too! Well, here's my recap from the previous week's event to drum up some excitement for tomorrow 😜 (I hope).

Interestingly, there were no heralds 📯🔊 giving us any pre-announcements in the General Chat section 😱.

@huzzah is back as our usual hostess and @definethedollar was clearly attentive enough to camp his way to the FIRST in channel role 😏.

A request for the LoFi to be fired up is always appreciated too. I do enjoy the soothing tunes since it's in the middle of the night for me by the time Trivia starts in my timezone. 😊🎶

Trivia was going along fine and dandy until the impossible happened...

Huzzah RAN OUT OF PIZZA 😱💸🍕!!!

Thankfully, we had @jfuji helping to carry on the Trivia and @theacks helping to plug the gap too with a quick 100 PIZZA transfer to Huzzah. Disaster averted 😅.

Our STAR player for the night has to be Josevall 🤣. 2 solo incorrect answers and almost a 3rd, which I think Tualha @pirulito.zoado got wrong on purpose to spare him the torture. It was the same repeated question too.

Are you sure you're a Spanish speaker like they said? 🤣 You got "ADIOS" wrong twice! 😜

@cobaltum scores the ONLY solo win for the night too, with his extensive knowledge of TENDRILS/TENTACLES 🐙😏.

@donigarten, looks like you've got a kindred spirit there in colbaltum 😈. I'm sure your love of ropes and his love of tendrils are pretty similar 🤣.

As always, the hour passed by quickly enough and we came to the end of Trivia Night. Community Night was still far from over though, as that just meant Gartic would be up next!😁

In the mean time though, there was plenty of GIF spam from all the excitable people waiting for the intermission aka pee break to be over 😁.

@jfuji would unfortunately not be able to join us in his favourite Gartic on this day. Something to do with bringing kids to the swimming pool iirc? 🤔

On to the next event PIZZA Community Game Night. And the community game for today is... drumroll 🥁🥁🥁... GARTIC!

It was a pretty decent warm up first attempt with the team reaching level 41. Surely this bodes well for the night right? 😜

I might have said that too soon though. Attempt number 2 resulted in us getting knocked out at the second question.

And if we thought that was bad and couldn't possibly be topped... Boy were we going to be proven wrong 🤣.

Attempt number 3 was a world beating FIRST ROUND KNOCKOUT! 😱🤣😭 I think this might be a New Record, as unwanted as it may be. 🤔

The final attempt was the best of the night - fortunately 😅. It wasn't near to breaking our record, but after everything we experienced prior to this attempt, I'll consider it a minor victory 😉.

With that, we came to the end of the past week's Community Games "Trivia/Gartic" Night. A Big Thank You to Huzzah for hosting, 🥳👍🏻 and congrats to those of you who lasted all the way till the end.

We've come to the end of our weekly Friday Night events. It's always a packed full house. Not interested in Trivia? Well, you can always hang out in the music channel just to listen to the tracks on PIZZA radio 😜. Or join in the conversation with the large number of people chatting all at once.
