This is a most interesting theme indeed. I'm sure everyone defaults to Pirates of the Caribbean when they think of pirates, with that being the most successful pirate movie franchise ever. That being said, pirate shows have been around forever, but I'd never thought of pirate music before 😅... have you? 😜

Without further ado, let's go on a pirate adventure with Raven's Court this week. Will she make us walk the plank? 🤣☠️

Raven herself sounds the bell 🗣️📯🔊 to remind everyone of the event which was about to start. Where is our regular herald @huzzah? 😱 Looks like Huzzah doesn't just make announcements, but she's usually the one who unlocks the #events room in Discord too 😂.

Luckily we had @nane-qts and @dibblers.dabs around.

The usual teething problems at the start again. Volumes for Raven's voice and the music are separate and need some manual adjustments.

It's our usual practice to play some Music based Trivia during the radio show too. And we're off to a GREAT START! OR not. 🤣 First 2 questions and no one guessed it right at all? 😱

(In my defense, I was not among those people 😜. I was still busy writing and my involvement was mostly listening to the show.)

But I'll talk about our Trivia results later on, that deserves a section all on it's own 😂, and you'll soon see why.

We also had the Music Quiz where you listen and attempt to name the song/artiste. I had to Alt-Tab from my writing just to fire off the answer to one of my favourite songs. 😄 Seems like @nane-qts is "AT WORK" too 😉 (supposedly),

@chechostreet with a dominating win eventually, 25 points compared to the 2nd placed @candnpg with 3 points 🤯🤯🤯.

@wanderingmoon alerted us to the existence of TLAP Day. Talk Like a Pirate Day. How do people even come out with such days? 🤣

Mark the 19th September down. We'll see Raven in a pirate getup streaming in her most Piratey voice ever 😉.

Pirates lose their treasure very often though, or they forgot where they buried it, or it gets stolen. Likewise, Raven's wallet got emptied of Pizza Tokens and those which were in transfer from tip.cc were nowhere to be found. (looks like the tip.cc bot still wasn't fully operational yet?)

Thankfully, Nane and Rentaw saved the day with their Pizza donations, following which the both of them got the next Trivia question correct! 😱 Is the game rigged?

Back to Trivia, we usually have perhaps 1 or 2 solo correct/incorrect answers for the entire session. But if you thought last week's results were skewed, it was even more horrible this week! 🤣 Did you guys do this on purpose?
