¿Que hay atletas y compañeros de la comunidad SWC?,yo soy @blas-training trayendo contenido nuevamente a la comunidad hoy les traigo un shoulder dead routine bastante interesante el cual consiste unicamente en 4 ejercicios bastante fuertes,asi que como siempre les recuerdo que si hay algun ejercicio que no puedan hacer o les cueste mucho pueden cambiarlo por uno mas sencillo que puedan hacer con mas facilidad,dicho esto vamos a la rutina.
I'm @blas-training bringing content back to the community today I bring you a very interesting shoulder dead routine which consists only of 4 fairly strong exercises, so as always I remind you that if there is any exercise that you can not do or it costs you a lot you can change it for a simpler one that you can do more easily, that said let's go to the routine.

Bueno atletas aqui esta la rutina de hoy espero les haya gustado esta bastante interesante para probarla y ver cuanto podemos aguantar ,las repeticiones como las vueltas se los dejo a ustedes para que lo adapten a su nivel recuerden que es un tabata asi que debemos hacer la mayor cantidad de repeticiones en un periodo de tiempo establecido aunque aun asi podemos establecer un minimo de reps por ejercicio eso depende de ustedes y como ajusten el set a su nivel,bueno esto fue todo por hoy ,hasta la proxima atletas.
