Midweek Report : Splinterlands Mav Chat User Thinks He Owns The Place.

A Splinterlands Mav Chat user who once again threatened to leave Discord for 118th time this year because of the current state of the Splinterlands game reappeared once again the next day to join in on the discussion over the Bitcoin Halving event. He then offered his opinion on how it was done, why it shouldn't have been done that way and how the developers are an awful bunch of lads who squandered millions in the "Good Times". There was no talk of his rant the night before in which he declared to the Mav chat channel in capital letters and exclamation marks that it was his last time ever to grace a Splinterlands Discord channel again.

@hauntedspirit24 joined Splinterlands at the beginning during the Steem Monsters era when he was sent a heap of Alpha and Beta cards by one of the mods to get him started in the game. As one of the OG's he went through the last bull run and some of his cards became very valuable and he had sold most of them for a tidy profit. He had not much skin in the game anymore as it was easy to check out his current stack. He also did not take the chance to get in on SPS when it first was launched so technically @hauntedspirit24 had not much to show for his 5 years on Discord every day moaning about this that and the other thing. @hauntedspirit24 would never admit this however telling people he operated under a number of different alt accounts , none of which he disclosed to anybody.

"Yes, we know he has fuck all cards to bearly even muster up for a normal game never mind a certain ruleset" explained a Splinterlands dev.

"But the bastard is still on Mav Chat giving out about us because he was in since the beginning so it makes him insufferable. He spends his days whinging about everything and there is only so much we can take. I hope this time he really does fucking leave. Don't let the door hit you on the arse behind you @hauntedspirit24."

"He had 5 gold foil beta legendries back in the day and he sold them all for around $10k so he has got more out of the game than most people considering he purchased none of them. I hate getting personal but he has a big mutton head on him!" claimed the dev.

"Any proposal or any change in the game , on comes @hauntedspirit27 like he has a radar for controversial chats and then gives his 2 cents even though his SPS stake is less than 2 cent because the fucker sold them all the first chance he got. Casher-inners should be thrown out of Mav Chat. Actually to be honest , Mav Chat should be deleted altogether. Bunch of old has-beens thinking they own the game. So much so that they devs can't work with them. Well we will show them when we nuke Alpha and Beta cards to kingdom come. Show them who the real OG's are! "Bastards".

"Whoever thought this DAO was a good idea , should be shot" he went on. "Too many big dopes who have never been wrong in their life squabbling so much that nothing gets decided." Kind of like Belgium for the last 20 years."

@hauntedspirit24 who had a Discord short conversation once with Aggy in 2018 DM'd him and Matt for the 4767th time ranting and raving asking them to change their minds on a game change only to be met with no reply from both yet again.

The new Glint rewards change which was met with high praise by the majority of the Splinterlands community surprised Haunted Spirit as he had not much to moan about. This left him devastated as things started to look up for the game again and he was uncertain how he felt about the game moving on without his input.

"Yes many of our Mav Chat users are gutted when things actually work out for the game. We gave them SPS , Chaos Legion, Rebellion, Runi's , Rental markets & Land, which is genius by the way, you name it , we built it and they are still moaning about something. I preferred the traditional gaming platform method really. FIFA comes out , you buy it, you think it is good or shit and next year you buy the new version. This way it is actually the equivalent of a bunch of assholes buying FIFA IN 2018. Making some money and then demanding that they keep making money without buying a single new game. Like how is that going to work out?? FIFA be broke bitches!!

Imagine if FIFA did a town hall meeting!! It just wouldn't happen. FIFA devs are soooo not setting themselves up to be publicly heckled by a bunch of old man Karen's on Discord.

With this DAO these numpties think they own a piece of the game and are on whinging every 5 minutes about a new change even though we explain to them in the town halls every week about what is happening. But we have a different breed of creature in our Discord channels. We attract the lunatics."
