The pursuit of goal achievement (Dreams)
We all have dreams, while some will place deadlines on the dream and pursue it with all they've got, others allow it remain dreams.
No pursuit for its actualization whatsoever. For those whose dreams require some capital and they believe in dignity of labour, they can raise the capital by either starting an online or offline business or even getting a job for the meantime, while having their dreams in mind. To those people, whose salaries are to pursue their dreams. At this point, I'll share with you a piece of advice from my humble self. If you are working for someone, do it with all your heart. We all won't be full time entrepreneurs. Yea, you may have side hustle, but it should not encroach on your employer's. We need capable hands in medical laboratory, hotel services, community security. Someone will have to teach in nursery school. Janitors, fire fighters, plumbers, gardeners are essentials.
Schooling, being an employee or an entrepreneur are NOT mutually exclusive.
You can build valuable stuff with the right mix of schooling, employment and/or entrepreneurship. Work for your organisation with all your heart. In your unique way, you are making contributions to humanity. That's the message. While you are navigating opportunities to higher grounds, do your best for your current employer. You will learn discipline, accountability, courtesy and workplace management. Salary is what employers give you to FUND your dreams. While some people are of the opinion that a salary is what you are given in order for you to stop chasing your dreams, you should see it as what you are given by your employer to fund your dreams. So many persons have been able to establish a business or purse a school program from what they saved from their salaries.
Use your salaries wisely, while you go about your assigned role with all diligence.
Yesterday, I met a former colleague who is also a very good friend of mine, particularly skilled in educational video creation. He was truly exhausted from exchanging his time for money in his teaching job, yet he isn't earning enough to provide for his family. I shared with him some strategies on how he can monetize his knowledge and utilize it as a passive income source, while keeping up with his current job. This means that he will only have to do it once and then continue to earn from it for as long as he wants to. I hope he's able to implement what I suggested. As always, I'll be there to guide him when he's ready. He bears many responsibilities; I wish him well.
That’s really nice of you for what you did for your former colleague
I just hope he’ll able to do that to get enough to take care of his family well.
I do hope so too dear. It always feels right to help. Thanks Alot.
You’re welcome

I agree, you have to reach for those dreams. I have a few still on the backburner that I may yet find the time to do them!
Oh really? You really will find time when it's right. Right now I'm learning a programming language and it's been 3 months already. It feels so good that I will start applying for jobs in three months time. Crazy right?
Congratulations that's awesome! Which language did you pick up?
Started with html, CSS and JavaScript and now proceeding with C# and looking out for 3 months into a job since I'm like two months into it already.
All stuff I'm not proficient in! It's been a long time since I really programmed. In college I took classes in C++, so back in the dinosaur age!
Woh, I see. Well I guess your time is still being dedicated to things that works for you at this age and so I think it's still a good thing.
