Noodles with black olives and roasted paprika

When I'm in a hurry I like to prepare simple noodles.
I used roasted red paprika preserved in olive oil that I canned in the summer. I also used spring garlic and a bunch of parsley from the garden.

Ingredients:

  • 300 g of noodles
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 spring garlic
  • 150 g of black olives
  • 3 tablespoons of homemade tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of yellow mustard
  • ½ teaspoon of sea salt
  • a pinch of black pepper
  • a bunch of parsley

Preparation:

  1. Place a pot of water on the stove and bring it to boil.
    Add noodles and sea salt and cook it 'al dente'.
  2. In a pan, heat up olive oil and satue chopped spring garlic.

    3.Drain black olives and add it to the pan. Dook for about 4 minutes. Stir occasionally.

  3. Drain roasted red paprika and add it to the pan. Cook for another 4 minutes while stirring.

  4. Add a bit of homemade tomato sauce, yellow mustard, sea salt and black pepper.
  5. Drain noodles and add it to the pan. Mix it together with the sauce, while cooking for another minute.

  6. Chop parsley and add it on the top.
