Common phrase of Venezuelan society and even in other latitudes, referring to the need for work to survive, placing food as the main thing.

The work, according to what you do and where in the world you are, can be well rewarded, or not as much as you want, in terms of money. However, the value of work lies in each person and differs in some, in terms of attitudes. Let's see the following cases:

• People who give their knowledge, skills and talents without measure, for this type of people, work represents a means to let their passion to do what they like so much emerge, the reward for such a task, generally they do not care, or they conform.

• People who are limited to just doing their homework, do not involve feelings, emotion, proactivity, even no empathy, of course, which can be subject to multiple factors.

• Carefree, intermittent people, at times they make an effort, but "something happens" and they lose interest, work rate or motivation, and never work the same way again.

• People who use others to do and carry out their work, take advantage of the abilities of others to achieve glory, praise and congratulations, generally they are not the ones who contribute many ideas or solutions, they see the opportunity and just take advantage without much effort.

• People who have a lot of knowledge and experience, are disciplined and rooted in their way of doing their homework, have rituals, strict schedules, (they could spend up to two lifetimes doing the same thing, how incredible).

We can talk about types of people, attitudes, positions, valuation or simply victims of this society, in which work as a means of systematic production responds to a set of interests of actors with greater influence or power, making us believe that we are indispensable, when we are not. It is so, It is a kind of toxic relationship or not (it depends), in which by necessity we adapt to it, in short, the work according to each person, represents and is, what each person decides. What works best for you in terms of money, self-improvement, level of growth and learning.

Frase de la Biblia en la que Dios determina que el ser humano debe realizar un esfuerzo para subsistir,

"El que no trabaja no come..."

Frase común de la sociedad venezolana e incluso en otras latitudes, refiriéndose a la necesidad del trabajo para sobrevivir, colocando la comida como lo primordial.

El trabajo, de acuerdo a lo que hagas y en qué lugar del mundo te encuentres, puedes ser bien recompensado, o no tanto como deseas, lo que a términos monetarios se refiere. Sin embargo, el valor del trabajo, radica en cada quien y difiere en algunos, en términos de actitudes. Veamos los siguientes casos:

• Personas que dan sin medida sus conocimientos, habilidades y talentos, para dicho tipo de personas, el trabajo representa un medio para dejar que aflore su pasión de hacer eso que tanto les gusta, la recompensa por tal tarea, generalmente no les importa, o se conforman.

• Personas que se limitan a solo hacer su tarea, no involucran sentimientos, emoción, proactividad, incluso nada de empatía, claro está, que puede estar sujetos a múltiples factores.

• Personas despreocupadas, intermitentes, por momentos se esfuerzan, pero "algo ocurre" y pierden interés, ritmo de trabajo o motivación, y nunca más vuelve a trabajar de la misma manera.

• Personas que utilizan a otros para hacer y cumplir con el trabajo, se hacen de las capacidades ajenas para alcanzar gloria, alabanza y felicitaciones, generalmente no son los que aportan muchas ideas y tampoco soluciones, ven la oportunidad y solo aprovechan sin mucho esfuerzo.

• Personas que tienen muchísimo conocimiento y experiencia, son disciplinadas y arraigadas en su forma de hacer su tarea, tienen rituales, horario estricto, (pudieran pasar hasta dos vidas haciendo lo mismo, que increíble).

Podemos hablar de tipos de personas, actitudes, posturas, valoración o simplemente víctimas de esta sociedad, en la cual el trabajo como medio de producción sistemático responde a conjunto de intereses de actores de mayor influencia o poder, haciéndonos creer que somos indispensables, cuando no es así, Es una especie de relación tóxica o no (depende), en la que por necesidad nos amoldamos a ello, en fin el trabajo según cada quien, representa y es, lo que cada quién decida. Lo que mejor le resulte en términos monetarios, superación personal, nivel de crecimiento y aprendizaje.

En mi opinión, el mejor trabajo es el que se disfruta y el que suma en ti capacidades que deben ser aprovechables, valoradas y explotadas por ti, para tí y para los tuyos. Trabaja para ti. Y serás libre.
