Welcome to my Flexed-up Monday post, unfortunately I have not made too much progress, in the middle of last week I somehow hurt my back and it's still not feeling great.
That has caused me to only get 2 flexersie in during the week.
I instead been tryin to do some weight and light exercise to make my back feel better.

Despite not getting too much exercise in this last week I did start to notice some definition creeping in that's probably fairly standard in the start especially since I did work out in the past.
You can see below that I got my weight up a few KG's since last Monday I am curious to see how things go but I am really hoping my back gets better because it is really holding me back.
