The art
In this edition of the Art & 3D series I share some modern functional art it's a rope bowl made by DaveMakesStuff (user on thingiverse) I really love this design and I think it's fairly creative and looks great even if it's just a bowl that looks like it's made out of rope.
The print
The print was fairy easy since it's not a complicated geometry I printed it without supports and in wood PLA(it's plastic laced with wood fibers) I think it came out pretty nice and sort of looks like a real rope, as you seen from the first picture I am using the bowl to hold some coin trap holding mostly silver coins.
