A Time I Switched Things Up.

No one will ever like to pay the price of something especially when you’re not guilty or it’s not your fault but a lot of people do it because we want peace to reign. I’m sure we all must have been in various moments or issues where we have to sacrifice ourselves or make something positive out of a negative issue just to make things right.

A time when I turned around a situation from negative to positive

I once worked in a school and I was the one who got the lowest pay and that’s because of my rank but I was even working more than those who got higher pay than me but I didn’t bother, I just kept on doing my thing.
In this school, teachers are not allowed to beat pupils no matter what they do. Any form of little spanking is never allowed.

One day, a teacher spanked a kid and on that same day, the school management was supposed to come check the school round. The pupil kept on crying aloud and the school management was already in school. The teacher had no choice than to plead with the pupil so she could stop crying but her efforts were futile.
The girl’s voice was too loud and I had to go to the class to beg the girl.
Immediately I entered the class, the school management team came in too. They wondered why the girl cried that much.

What’s wrong with you, girl?; the school’s director asked. The girl wanted to start talking but I hijacked that. I said; Ma, this girl hasn’t been happy since morning because her father traveled outside the country and he will spend two weeks there

The director felt sorry for the girl and hugged her. That was how the girl stopped crying and I bought her a sweet. It would have been worse if the girl mentioned that she was spanked by a teacher and I’m sure that will be the end of the teacher’s service in that school which made me realize that it is not the situation but the way it is handled.
