Before Covid19, Travel to Gayo Highland be an Alternative Destination in Holiday

The holiday during Eid is coming and it is definitely one of the moments that should not be missed, as well as my family and I took advantage of the long holiday moment to enjoy local tourist destinations in Aceh province in last year before this Corona madness.
This Eid, maybe my family and I cannot take a vacation, just like the previous year, a number of accesses to tourist destinations were closed to prevent crowds and break the chain of spreading Covid19.
Before the Corona virus entered Indonesian territory, and tourist access could still be visited, the Lut Tawar (Lake) tour located in the Gayo highlands, Aceh-Indonesia was one of the areas that I often visited.
At that time, the congestion of the central crossing of Aceh during the long post-Ramadan holiday, made my family and I postpone this trip for the next few days, to be precise on the 8th day of Eid, our visit to the Gayo Highlands was fun.
The journey at that time looked conducive, not too crowded with passing vehicles, it could be said that day the normal conditions of the central crossing of Aceh, this is of course different if you choose a vacation time here on H +2 to H + 5 after Eid, it's not just congested, even you could be stuck in a long traffic jam.
After taking approximately three hours from the area I live in, finally the stretch of Lake Lut Tawar begins to appear from a distance, the natural beauty of Aceh's earth seems to never get bored to visit, even though this is the 5th time in my life to have the opportunity to see the lake which is located on the plain. Gayo's height.
After lunch at one of the culinary tours, my family and I continued our journey to the tourist attraction Putri Pukes, the cave that was formed on the slopes of the banks of Lake Lut Tawar is known as one of the areas of the former Gayo community, the cave was one of the former residences for people to avoid wild animal, daughter Pukes herself is the name given to the cave, because a princess used to live in the cave for a long time when she was about to follow her husband's journey, it was in this cave that the daughter became a stone because she accidentally looked back, because previously the princess's mother had ordered never to look back, that's the story narrated by the cave guard.
The next trip around Lake Lut Tawar, the smooth stretching road that was created by the local government to become a medium for local residents, apart from being one of the tourist attractions in the Gayo highlands, a 72 kilometer route is provided by the government to make it easier for tourists to see Lake Lut Tawar and surround it.
Ujung Paking becomes the final destination of the trip, from a height we can clearly see the beautiful natural scenery, this tourist area is one of the largest tourist areas in Lut Tawar, entering from the hills above, we are directed the route down to the shore of the lake, forest views on the slopes to be one of the main attractions.
Below we will see a speed boat that serves tourists to play and test adrenaline at Lut Tawar, passengers are very limited considering the safety of tourists is a priority, Lut Tawar which is known to have a depth of nearly 100 meters, of course does not want to be one of the causes for the loss of holiday joy. the tourists.
