It's my pleasure to be here once again today, for awhile now, I have been struggling with how to fix pocket perfectly to a garment which had not been easy for me but with constant trial, I was able to get how to fix it perfectly after watching online video on how to fix it.

Adding pocket to a garment a garment can add beauty to your garment if you decide to make it as patches with different fabric on the garment or it can be added to garment to keep some valuables when going out like wallet, phone etc...

There are different types of pocket but today, I will be sharing with you the making of a side invisible pocket to a garment, this is the type of pocket that is mostly demanded here.

I made this pocket after sewing the garment and it fits perfectly well on it.

To make this pocket

I cut out four pieces of fabric for the two pockets using my palm as a guide, two were sewn together to form the pocket.

From the armpit of the garment, I measured 9" from which I measured 8" for the pocket opening.

The pocket was sewn inside out on the opening on the garment and that was all, as simple as that.

This is the final outcome of the garment.
