In this season everyone is trying to make investments and grow their finances, I noticed that so many people have completely neglected their health to this effect, and sadly so many people have their lives, and the money of course eventually goes into the wrong hands.
Our health is very important, and placing emphasis on our health will help us experience the true value of the money we have worked so hard for.

  • Eat Well: Everyone needs food to survive, grow, and have a healthy body. However, the nutritional requirements needed for each person depending on body mass and size are different.
    Eat healthy meals every day, the three meals of the day; breakfast, lunch, and dinner are very significant and shouldn't be taken for granted.

It shouldn't just be about eating, but eating healthy meals, comprising of fruits, vegetables, and low-fat milk products. Eating in portions to satisfy hunger instead of eating in very large amounts or very small amounts is better. Resist the urge to consume large meals before going to bed to avoid gastroesophageal reflux and weight gain. Do not eat out of anger or depression.

  • Exercise regularly: Constant physical activity and exercise serve as a major contribution to a healthy lifestyle. Unhealthy living comes in the form of obesity, weakness, and overall poor health. Constant exercises can help prevent age-related decreases in muscle mass and strength.

  • Laugh constantly: Wearing a frown all the time is not healthy in whatever way, while you look to make more and more money, try to set out time to have a good laugh, it is good for your heart. We have several comedians on our phones these days that we can easily have access to, there is nothing bad in watching some of those comedy shows in order to have a good laugh.

  • Make friends: There was a time I was ill and when my friend came around, we had so much to talk about until daybreak, and by the following morning, I felt much better and was almost tempted not to even continue my treatment. Having good friends around elevates the spirit, and makes you full of life instead of being very lonely and having no one to talk with.

  • Rest: Taking the time to rest is very important, even machines sometimes require breaks and that is when we take them for servicing. As humans, there is a limit to what we can do at a time, after working for some time, make it a point of duty to adequately rest.

If you continue to work without taking proper care of your health, it is almost possible that you may lose your dear life before time, and at that time the control of things is off your hands.
