You do not need to appear in the news now and then because there are a lot of disadvantages to doing this. Yes, there are a lot of advantages but there are disadvantages too. I would say here that the government should not ban the media but a limit should be set for them like they should not share information about defense or internal things of the country in the media because this information can also work as intel for other countries and this has happened many times but nothing is going to happen by the government doing anything because people will oppose it or the media people will start opposing it. For this, the media people themselves will have to be aware and if it has an impact on their country, they should not let such intelligence get leaked.
