The Team

Namaskar / Hello to all hive users, who will reach this post. I hope you are doing great and having fun in your life and enjoying it with your loved ones.

Not all of us feel comfortable working with others and some love to work with a team. There can be many reasons for that and I do believe the most important reason is "trust". If we believe and trust in the partners or the members/employees of the company then the business did grow for sure. Mutual trust is really important if you don't have any trust in the partners with whom you do work then it is good for the future of the company.

May you love to work alone, but the more members you have the fast you can do the same work or maybe even better. sure it took some time to coordinate with each other but as time passed we did learn how to work with each other.

working in a team is always handy for sure, you can assign many tasks at the same time (not to one person 😅), that will be not a team work then it will be Exploitation 🙃

If you do work in a team then you can help each other if someone needs you in any way. I would say my workplace is really a good example of that, most of them are helpful. Some do help only their team members though 😇 that is the story of everywhere I know 😉

If you are used to working in a team, I am sure you will do good work alone too. It will be hard for a while but we did get used to things. Multiple brains are always better than one single 😇.
If will ask the same questions sure there will be different answers from each end, some answers do match for sure. But still, all have unique skills no one can be good at everything (some are expectations of sure😉). I do believe working in a team is really a better option rather than working alone.
