The Journey of Onboarding: Why Bringing Friends to Hive Isn't Always Easy

In today's time, everyone wants to earn money and for that, everyone is working hard at their level. And everyone is earning money sitting at their level, even a labourer earns a day and an employee sitting in an office also earns money. There may be differences in everyone's profession but in the end, everyone wants money. If you work in a company then you get a fixed salary which you get at the beginning of the month and if you do not work on a salary then you can earn any amount, it means that someone has given you some more money. You can also meet someone and you can also get some work done by someone. While it would not be wrong to say that if you do not do any permanent job then you cannot correctly estimate how much salary/money you will get.

Here at Hive, you must have noticed that in some of your posts, you get good rewards but in others, you do not get as good rewards as you expected. If you post something here then first of all don't have any expectations because if you have any expectations then you will only get disappointed. So the first thing is that you also leave it, you keep working here continuously without any expectations and believe me something. You will start seeing results within a month. I tried to add many of my friends and acquaintances here and I succeeded in adding some of them but it is very sad to see that none of them are regulars here. I don't know why but it is not so easy to connect with people here whereas I see people from other countries how active they are and post daily and are also adding their friends here but I am unable to do so. I don't know why maybe I haven't given my hundred per cent yet.

Don't know whatever the reason may be but believe me it is not that easy to bring people to the hive. Many people in my office, about 40, don't know how many of them know that I post here and also earn. But still don't know why they don't want to come here. Many people want to rely on their luck and install betting apps and lose money every day. Yes sometimes they do win from there but most of the time they are losing their money. Hive is also a little different from other social media because as soon as you come here you have to create an introduction post which you do not need to do on other social media platforms. After all, there you already know your friends and you connect with them and You just share your photos etc. whatever you like.

Apart from other platforms, Hive is a little different, there is no doubt about it, yes it does take some time, and the things here are not as easy to understand as it is in other social media. But still, people know that We can earn money from here but still we are not joining here, it is very sad and regretful to see here. I have been associated here for many years, so I don't know almost everything about it, still, I know a little bit about how it works and other things etc. etc. Many people do not stay here regularly because they get demotivated just by seeing the rewards of others. Everyone wants that their posts should also have good rewards. It doesn't matter that those whose posts are getting so many reports, how their posts are or how long they have been here and many other things matter.

Yes, in the initial days, everyone supports someone but it becomes impossible for you to get someone's support every day and you should not even expect it because only then you can get rewards and sometimes more than you thought. I believe that you also get it, you should just celebrate what you are getting. Rest everyone has their thoughts, yes sometimes we think that we deserve more in this post, but Nani, no matter how hard you try, you will get as much as you are going to get. Of all the friends I added here, some of them have understood a little bit about this platform and sometimes also post here, but some are just interested in support, they post occasionally and I am informed about this. They talk about the fact that my post did not get votes etc. whereas during the rest of the days, he remains inactive here and does not do anything else.

Hive is not only a little different from other platforms, it is a little different because people are more used to Web 2.0 but gradually people are moving towards Web 3.0 and then they are looking for such platforms and many more. People are even busy creating such platforms. But if you find a platform that is already ready, then what is the problem with it? Invest here and become rich together. Gradually, as the number of people increases here, its value will also increase. I believe that because it is a community-based token, in a way, the more people join it, the more its value will become and what is more, it will also become popular. Those who join later will regret why they did not join earlier or why they did not know about this platform earlier. I try my best to tell people about this, but most of them don't show much interest, so I stop talking to them because if the next person is not interested, then why force them again and again? You are just troubling them in a way, when they feel that they will come on their own, till then I am not going to do anything. What do you think about this?
