Breaking Free from Smartphones: The Benefits of Using a Dumbphone

Do you remember when was the last time you used a dumbphone, I can tell must be a few years back (are you still using that, I doubt that). I think only is possible if you still have no idea how to use that, sure than can be the case or you don't want yourself to be exploited by others. Most of us are used to smartphones and that sure makes us dumb that is what I have realized so far, and many do think the same and many don't believe that too. Companies are making them way better day by day sure the day will come when we don't even need smartphones anymore. I did watch a video last year not sure but I did. It was about a tech company that is providing a chip that can store your passwords for the intelligent door and other smart stuff you can customize or add passwords with their application. For that, you just have to make a tiny hole in your Wrist to add that device. so no more keys in your pocket or bags.

There are so many new things that keep adding to our daily lifestyle and we don't even notice how we all are getting evolved to that. you can we all are kind of used to all the things. If you do looks for a particular thing on the internet you will find thousands of websites and applications there. I do prefer to use websites rather than applications that sure save storage and sure you time too. If you have an application installed on your phone then there are chances that you will open another application when you are about to open another application. this happens to me a lot. After a while of spending hours (or maybe minutes ), I do realize that what I doing here was supposed to open another application(I am sure this happens to you a lot too. )

That is not our fault this is basic human nature we did get distracted from our goals. The applications are made to do that, you will get notifications on your smartphone if you did forget to use that particular application. I do hate that notification thing so most of the notation on my application which I have installed is turned off. So no more worries about that. If you don't true them of them when you will open your mobile data or connect to wifi then you will see a storm of notifications that will fill your notification panel.

we did get a lot of spare time we use keypad/querty phones or you can say dumbphones (that is what they are called now ). There were only a few games on that you can make a call and send an SMS. not that much farther there. But that sure did save you a lot of time but now we do see everyone is busy with their smartphones even if they are with their families, friends, or anywhere they do visit. I have noticed that when people do visit any place there smart clicking photos and till they left that place they keep doing that. They all are missing the beauty at that time just capturing them to show others, even if they don't have enjoyed it at that time. I do still miss those times when we all had that time now everyone seems to be busy with the screens.

I started using a dumbphone a few years back when I don't have a job, I was just wasting a lot of time, I was preparing for a few exams but unfortunately, I did pass any of them but still it was good sure I did miss a lot of things that is what I was thinking but you know what I didn't. If someone has to contact you they will reach out to you it doesn't matter where you are or what you use.
I did realize that there are so many benefits to using a dumbphone I will share a few of them here:

Make you smarter:

yes, you heard that right, smartphones are making too dumb. maybe you can relate to that too or maybe not. If you will start avoiding your smartphone then sure we all do have a lot of spare time with us. You can work on your skills.

Less Dependency:

You can no longer depend on, electronic gadgets. I have seen many users who are totally dependent on their smartphones. That is like life to them. they get frustrated when you take their phones and maybe they are ready to kill you sometimes.

Privacy:

This is really a big issue if you are using smartphones you can't track all the applications if you want to check that you have to install new applications to do 😅 really. How you are supposed to have privacy if you have to share your data with one another application as well?
