Someone once told me that they feel sleepy faster when on their phone. And I was shocked by that logic.
I'll definitely share this post as it wouldhelp them understand what i was tryingto explain.

Actually, falling asleep in the afternoon around 1pm and 3pm isn't a bad thing, and I am sure a lot of people are with their phone at that time. At this time, the energy in the body is low and people tend to eat things at this point. While it is normal to feel sleepy in the afternoon with your phone, your body adjust to the night condition, and so using phone around bedtime can even disturb the normal Circadian rhythm sleep causing poor sleep.
