I make up my sister (ESP/ENG)
It's been a long time since I've shared content in this community, this time I would like to share with you a makeup I did to my sister, it may seem complicated but it really isn't, so I'll show you step by step how to do it, I hope you like it 😊.
Hace mucho tiempo que yo no comparto contenido en esta comunidad, en esta ocasión me gustaría compartir con ustedes un maquillaje que le hice a mi hermana, puede parecer complicado pero realmente no lo es, así que les mostraré paso por paso como hacerlo, espero que les guste 😊.
The first step is to make a pre-base using a concealer to even out the tone, this way we will avoid unwanted undertones, this also helps to fix and pigment the shadow more because it is moisturized.
El primer paso es hacer una pre base usando un corrector para emparejar el tono, de esta forma evitaremos que haya subtonos no deseados, además esto también ayuda a fijar y a pigmentar más la sombra porque esta se humedece.
Apply the gold shadow by dabbing to set the pigment from the eyelid to the middle of the eyelid. To improve the finish I recommend to put a little piece of plastic tape upwards, this will make your work much easier.
Aplicar la sombra dorada a toquecitos para fijar el pigmento desde el lagrimal hasta la mitad del párpado móvil. Para mejorar el acabado yo recomiendo poner un pedacito de cinta plástica de forma ascendente, esto les facilitará mucho el trabajo.
In the third step you must deposit the red pigment following the line of the eye socket and then blend it.
En el tercer paso debes depositar el pigmento rojo siguiendo la línea de la cuenca del ojo y después difumínalo
Now make a line in gold color (I didn't have eyeliner in that color, so I managed to mix yellow pigment with litmus fairy dust and used a toothpick wrapped in cotton as a brush) you can always improvise tools 😉. You should do this following the line of the eye socket but a little lower so it's visible and the crease doesn't cover it.
Ahora haz un trazo en color dorado (yo no tenía delineador de ese color, así que me las arreglé mezclando pigmento amarillo con polvo de hadas tornasol y usé un mondadientes envuelto en algodón como pincel) siempre puedes improvisar herramientas 😉. Debes hacer esto siguiendo la línea de la cuenca del ojo pero un poco más abajo para que sea visible y el pliegue no lo tape.
Make a black eyeliner following the lash line, then do it in the shape you want, my sister wanted it a little elongated to give the appearance of feline eyes.
Haz un delineado en color negro siguiendo la linea de la pestañas, pues hacerlo en la forma que quieras, mi hermana lo quería un poco alargado para dar la apariencia de ojos felinos.
Then work on the lower part. In this case I outlined with red and gold using the same technique of the toothpick, then blend to give it a better look. Also, if you prefer, you can add a point of light in the eyelid, this way you will illuminate more the look.
Posteriormente dedícate a la parte inferior. En este caso yo delineé con rojo y dorado usando la misma técnica del mondadientes , luego difumina para darle una mejor apariencia. Además, si lo prefieres puedes agregar un punto de luz en el lagrimal, de esta forma iluminarás más la mirada.
Finally, remove the tape and you can finish by applying mascara or false eyelashes if you prefer. See how the makeup looks using the plastic tape, it definitely helps to make the finish almost perfect.
Por último retira la cinta y ya puedes terminar maquillando las cejas y colocando máscara de pestañas o si lo prefieres pestañas postizas. Fíjate como queda el maquillaje usando la cinta plástica, definitivamente ayuda a que el acabado quede casi perfecto.
And this is the result, my sister was happy, she liked it a lot because she wanted a makeup inspired by the Gryffindor house of Harry Potter to record a video for her youtube channel, I proposed this one because it has the colors of Gryffindor and she thought it was great, what do you think?
