Kinilaw Na Sardines

I am not a kind of person who eat kinilaw na isda, like sardines. It is cheviche in English term. But some of my friends love it so I go with the flock for respect and love to them.

In the first place, I feel bad but time to time, I learned to like it and I am eating most of the vegetable among the ingredients like tomato, cucumber and the half crunchy riped mango. The aroma is too good with the pure native coconut vinegar, onions, ginger and chili.

What an amazing taste and it is not the same with the previous cheviche we had before. Sometimes, they used dilis, sardines and white meat tuna, Spanish sardines or malasugi. I prepared the small sizes of fish than from the meat of the big fish.
