Grilled Pork Belly In Charcoal

One kilo of pork belly compensate for the whole family lunch today. To lessen the colesterol to our body, we add a lot of cucumber. It gives perfect balance. What a cheat day. I promised last Christmas to avoid fatty meat but we have visitors to treat. They want my recipe and they missed this kind of food.

Sometimes, we mixed it with fresh fish meat like Spanish mackerel but there was no fresh available this morning. So we agreed to have the pure sinugba with cucumber. Adding lemon, onions, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar and lemon give perfect aroma. So yummy!
