Fresh Milk With Vegetables

A plate of mix vegetables consist of potato, carrots, zucchini, garlic and onion are such healthy food without rice. Use sesame oil to stir fry this cubes veggies. Put first a lot of garlic and onions then add the mix vegetables. Just a half cook and remember not to overcook. No need rice since there is a potatoes on it. Add black pepper and salt to taste or tiny soy sauce or oyster sauce . You can add cabbage and bell pepper but this time there's no available in my fridge.

A cup of fresh milk is not just to refresh your craving but refresh your thirst from a late night sleeping and late waking up in the morning.
