Vegetables like cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes, yellow and red bell pepper are my favorite.
Just slice according to your desired shape adds appetite. Eating raw veggies is great. We have to wash it thoroughly with salt and baking soda before slicing it. It will removes all the pesticides sprayed in the farm.

Two hard boiled eggs is a perfect match to eat this vegetables in the morning.for breakfast. No need of cooking rice. It's a better healthy food we need to adopt.
