Spanish Mackerel Soup

Got to know how delicious a Spanis mackerel fish soup with corn, lemon grass, onions, ginger and moringa. This is my experimental recipe intended for my family's healthy food intake. Fresh mackerel has a very delicious taste whatever recipe you want to cook.

Spanish mackerel is so expensive than beef. But we need to have fish recipe everyweek. The soup is too sweet and yummy that will never cause and triggers arthritis if ever you have this pain. Instead of beef soup, its better to prefer fish meat. And more interesting when cook it with young corn. I used young corn with pork
