Grilled Milk Fish

Milk fish is one of my favorite fish. The best recipe is sinigang, a Filipino soup with sour ingredient derive from tamarind fruit or leaves. That is organic ingredient but there are so many kind of sinigang mix in the market.

But today, I have no available of sinigang mix so I grilled it using charcoal at the back of our house. I didn't use the electric grilling device. I used the old way of cooking this. It is so fresh when I bought it so my expectation could satisfy my taste and of course including the family members.
