Healthy Breakfast
Once again I was preparing my healthy breakfast when I woke up late in the morning. It consist of raw tomatoes and cucumbers plus the scrambled eggs. What a healthy breakfast and I didn't cook rice instead I eat it together with bread. You can buy sliced bread.
To have a complete meal, drink a cup of milk without sugar . Coffee is also good but milk is the best. Keep eating healthy food for a better constipation. It will give you the best.
