Today I want to share a video that from my point of view is very important, and it's How to keep your good habits while traveling.
What am I talking about??
Traveling as a vacation is amazing, and we can take a little break woth our good habits. But what happens when you choose traveling as a lifestyle as I did for these last 8 months??
Well... in this case everything change, because at the beginning you are in a tourist mood, so you allow yourself all the pleasures that you want. But one day you wonder what happened with your workout routine, with your good health, and many other things.
In this short video I explain you a way to keep your good habits during your journey if you want to become a traveler.
Remember that everything is about discipline and consistency, and this is not the exception! You have to look for your good habits today, and prioritize them even during your trips.

Its a terrorist act on American soil while some say its not real or Im a mental case. Many know its real. This is an ignored detrimental to humanity domestic and foreign threat. Ask informed soldiers in the American military what their oath is and tell them about the day you asked me why. Nobody has I guess. Maybe someone told ill informed soldiers they cant protect America from military leaders in control with ill intent. How do we protect locked up soldiers from telling the truth?
