El Libro Sagrado señala: "Basta a cada día su propio afán", en este contexto, es importante establecer prioridades en las actividades que realizamos a diario y poder tener un momento especial en el día para hacer aquello que nos apasiona o tomar un pequeño y reparador descanso, en la búsqueda de opiniones al respecto conversé con dos compañeras de trabajo a quienes llamaré Milena y Margarita.
Greetings @holos-lotus community, I take this opportunity to wish you a happy anniversary, may the successes continue and every day continue to bring important contributions for the welfare and personal growth with the outstanding team of columnists and users who make life in this beautiful community; personally I have learned a lot from each of them; today I share my entry to the initiative of the friend @emiliorios The best moment of your day. We seek opinions!.
In this context, it is important to establish priorities in our daily activities and to be able to have a special moment in the day to do what we are passionate about or to take a short and refreshing break. In the search for opinions on this matter, I spoke with two work colleagues whom I will call Milena and Margarita.
Milena, es una excelente profesional, que además tiene grandes talentos para la danza y manualidades, ambas actividades las disfruta al máximo y las hace con amor; durante el día cumple su jornada de trabajo, atiende las labores del hogar y en las noches practica danza con un grupo de jóvenes, según sus propias palabras es el mejor momento del día y lo espera con entusiasmo, terminados los quehaceres del hogar se ducha y se pone su atuendo ligero para bailar; esta actividad le ayuda a liberar las tensiones del día, relajarse y tener un sueño reparador.
Cuando por algún motivo no puede dar clases de danza, en la sala de su casa coloca su música favorita y danzar se ha dicho, he tenido la oportunidad de verla en algunas presentaciones y honestamente hace un gran trabajo al igual que las chicas del grupo de danza que la acompañan, su creatividad es impresionante y ha ganado varios premios por su destacada labor en la danza; en las manualidades tiene habilidades para elaborar hermosos trabajos con pocos materiales su especialidad es el reciclaje, si que sabe aprovechar los recursos que regularmente desechamos, en varias ocasiones ha sido mi maestra para hacer manualidades y me ha dado algunos tips para lograr un mejor acabado en los trabajos manuales, los cuales agradezco y me han sido de gran utlilidad.
Milena, is an excellent professional, who also has great talents for dance and handicrafts, she enjoys both activities to the fullest and does them with love; during the day she fulfills her workday, takes care of the housework and in the evenings she practices dance with a group of young people, according to her own words it is the best time of the day and she looks forward to it with enthusiasm, after the household chores she takes a shower and puts on her light attire to dance; this activity helps her to release the tensions of the day, relax and have a restful sleep.
When for some reason she cannot give dance classes, she plays her favourite music in the living room of her house and dances. I have had the opportunity to see her in some presentations and honestly she does a great job as do the girls in the dance group that accompany her, her creativity is impressive and she has won several awards for her outstanding work in dance; In the crafts she has the ability to make beautiful work with few materials, her speciality is recycling, she knows how to take advantage of the resources that we regularly discard, on several occasions she has been my teacher to make crafts and has given me some tips to achieve a better finish in the manual works, which I appreciate and which have been of great use to me.
Margarita, es administradora y apasionada por las plantas, en su casa tiene un hermoso jardín con plantas medicinales y una gran variedad de flores que cuida con dedicación y esmero, al preguntarle sobre el mejor momento de su día, la respuesta no se hizo esperar, con calma y detalles me explicó que limpiar el jardín y cuidar las plantas era su momento especial para disfrutarlo rodeada de la naturaleza y sus lindas, frescas y perfumadas amigas las flores.
Con ellas conversa sobre sus planes para el día; su rutina comienza muy temparno en la mañana, se levanta a las cuatro aproximadamente, luego de lavarse prepara el café, el desayuno para su familia y antes de las seis está limpiando y regando el jardín, esta actividad le toma el tiempo estimado de una hora y le sirve para recargar energía, relajarse y disfrutar el contacto con la naturaleza que tanto le gusta; luego de atender su huerto, se alista para ir a trabajar con energías renovadas y "un nuevo día por vivir" que es una de sus frases favoritas al saludar.
Margarita is an administrator and passionate about plants, in her house she has a beautiful garden with medicinal plants and a great variety of flowers that she takes care of with dedication and care, when I asked her about the best time of her day, the answer was not long in coming, with calm and details she explained to me that cleaning the garden and taking care of the plants was her special time to enjoy it surrounded by nature and her beautiful, fresh and perfumed friends the flowers.
With them she talks about her plans for the day; her routine begins very early in the morning, she gets up at approximately four o'clock, after washing herself she prepares coffee, breakfast for her family and before six o'clock she is cleaning and watering the garden, this activity takes her an estimated time of one hour and serves her to recharge energy, relax and enjoy the contact with nature that she likes so much; after taking care of her garden, she gets ready to go to work with renewed energy and "a new day to live" which is one of her favourite phrases when she greets.

Arreglar el jardín le da valor al rato que utilice, sea la mañana o la tarde, pienso yo, porque es una actividad que también realizó y me gusta.
