DIY: Black and blue youth boxer shorts (Eng - Esp)
Greetings creative friends of #hive and @diyhub around the world, I wish you are enjoying good health, and have an excellent month with God's blessing; this time I share the development of a youth boxer in two colors; black and blue, this type of garment has been in demand in recent months among young children and adults, nephews, and my son have made several orders.
Saludos amigos creativos de #hive y @diyhub en todo el mundo, deseo se encuentren disfrutando de buena salud, y tengan un excelente mes con la bendición de Dios; en esta ocasión comparto la elaboración de un bóxer juvenil en dos colores; negro y azul, este tipo de prenda ha tenido demanda durante los últimos meses entre los niños jóvenes y adultos, los sobrinos y mi hijo han hecho varios pedidos.
The materials used were:
Rib fabric (black and royal blue)
Chalk
Scissors
Pins
Elastic (2.5 cm)
Sewing machine
Los materiales usados fueron:
Tela rib (negra y azul rey)

Elaboration
The elaboration of this project is simple and in a few steps, I started by marking the pieces of the boxer; front back and center, then I cut.

La elaboración de este proyecto es sencilla y en pocos pasos, inicié marcando las piezas del bóxer; delantero posterior y centro, luego corté.
To assemble the center part I pinned the two pieces together, right sides together, sewed with a straight stitch and reinforced with a zigzag stitch.
Para ensamblar la parte central sujeté con alfileres las dos piezas, enfrentando los derechos, cosí con puntada recta y reforcé con zigzag.
Then I faced the center piece with the front pieces, pinned and joined the curved part, thus the front part is assembled.
Luego enfrenté la pieza central con las delanteras, sujeté con alfileres, uní por la parte curva, así está ensamblada la parte delantera.
The fourth step was to face the back and front, pin, sew the sides and crotch.
El cuarto paso fue enfrentar la parte trasera y delantera, sujeté con alfileres, cosí los costados y entrepierna.
To finish I glued the elastic; I measured the waist circumference and subtracted the fourth part (75 -19 = 56 cm), joined the ends of the elastic with double stitching, placed it on the reverse side, divided it in four parts and sewed stretching one (1) * by five (5) centimeters; to make the hem I sewed a hem of approximately 0.6 centimeters.
Para finalizar pegué el elástico; medí la circunferencia de la cintura y resté la cuarta parte (75 -19 = 56 cm), uní los extremos del elástico con doble puntada, lo coloqué en el revés, lo dividí en cuatro partes y cosí estirando uno (1) * por cinco (5) centímetros; para hacer el dobladillo cosí un dobladillo de aproximadamente 0,6 centímetros.

This project can be sewn in just a few minutes, and the fabric is soft and has enough stretch for this type of garment. I hope to finish the back orders in the next few days.
Este proyecto se cose en pocos minutos, además la tela es suave y con suficiente elongación para este tipo de prendas,espero en los próximos días terminar los pedidos pendientes.

They look great these chones 😅 I've never seen them made before, it's the kind of thing I usually ignore. So you are your son's designer, that's wonderful.
