Beautiful headband inspired by Lyanna natura (Eng - Esp)
Greetings friends who love needles, I wish you a happy day, together with your loved ones, this time I share the development of a headband inspired by Lyanna Natura, decorated with a colorful flower that carries the character of Splinterlands, for this I combined the colors yellow and orange.
It is a simple project to make and a nice accessory for the princesses of the house to look pretty, it requires few materials and also an idea to recycle the scraps of fabric that are left over from sewing.
Saludos amigos amantes de los las agujas, les deseo un feliz día, en unión de sus seres queridos, en esta ocasión comparto la elaboración de una diadema inspirada en Lyanna Natura, decorada con una colorida flor que lleva el personaje de Splinterlands, para ello combiné los colores amarillo y naranja.
Es un proyecto sencillo de hacer y un lindo accesorio para que las princesas de la casa luzcan guapas, requiere pocos materiales y también una idea para reciclar los retazos de tela que van quedando de la costura.
The materials used were:
Dacron fabric scraps ( green, orange and yellow)
Polar blanket scraps (red and green)

I marked five petals, a red circle that will be the center of the flower and cut the leaves and strips of the headband.

Marqué cinco pétalos, un cículo rojo que será el centro de la flor y corté las hojas y tiras de la diadema.
To make the petals, I faced the main fabric and lining on the right side, pinned, sewed with a straight stitch and removed the excess fabric, also sewed the strips of the headband and turned them over.
Para hacer los pétalos, enfrenté por el derecho la tela principal y forro sujeté con alfileres, cosí con puntada recta y retiré el exceso de tela, también cosí las tiras de la diadema y volteé
The next step was to turn the petals over, sew the elastic to the back of the headband with a hidden stitch, sew around the red circle, stuff with wadding and pull the thread into a ball.
El siguiente paso fue voltear los pétalos, coser con puntada escondida elelástico en la parte trasera de la diadema, además cosí por el contorno el círculo rojo, rellené con guata y halé el hilo hasta formar una bola.
With hand stitch I sewed the petals at the bottom, then I carefully gathered the thread to form the flower and glued the red circle in the center.
Con puntada a mano cosí los pétalos en la parte inferior, luego fruncí halando el hilo con cuidado hasta formar la flor y pegué el círculo rojo en el centro.
Finally, I glued the flower and leaves to the headband with a hidden stitch and now I have a beautiful and colorful headband for the princesses of the house inspired by Lyannna natura.
Finalmente pegué la flor y hojas a la diadema con puntada escondida y ya está terminada una linda y colorida diadema para las princesas de la casa inspirada en Lyanna natura.
I liked the result of the headband, the colors combine very well and are vibrant, to make the ribbon I used animal print fabric on the back; its different shades of black and brown simulate the branches that hold the flower of the character.
Reusing the fabrics and resources we have at home is a way to reduce waste and take care of the planet; at my son's end of the school year model exhibition I was able to see beautiful works made with materials that we regularly throw away, with creativity they were able to make the most of the materials and elaborate beautiful projects.
El resultado de la diadema me gustó, los colores combinan muy bien y son vibrantes, para hacer la cinta usé tela estampada animal print por el revés; sus diferentes tonos de negro y marrón simulan las ramas que sujetan la flor del personaje.
Reutilizar las telas y recursos que tenemos en casa es una forma de reducir la basura y cuidar el planeta; en la exposición de maquetas del cierre de año escolar de mi hijo pude ver hermosos trabajos realizados con material que regularmente desechamos, con creatividad supieron sacar el máximo provecho a los materiales elaborando bellos proyectos
