There is a trend and dare I say a massive trend of people exercising. You already know me here at #Hive and of course you are aware of my passion for sports, wellness and health care.

Maybe that's the reason why I see so many people in parks, courts, gyms or other spaces practicing different sports disciplines and exercising.

Last weekend I was in my favorite place, the mountains. A friend invited me to her house for coffee and early in the morning, my husband and I decided to take the road that would lead us there.

At 9 o'clock in the morning we offered the first coffee to the guests. Everyone took a cup and found a space to contemplate and taste the aromatic beverage. Some of them grouped in pairs to talk while the boiling liquid was blowing.

It was nice to see those scenes. What did they think? What memories came to them at that moment?

As always, we did not fail to hear expressions such as: "What a great coffee compadre!

• What a great coffee!
• Cerrero, how I like it! Cerrero refers to dark coffee.

That is to say, the first topic of conversation was about the taste of coffee.

Returning to the subject of the exercises, I was commenting with my friend about the sharing and the strange thing about not seeing men offering each other liquor to continue enjoying the day, she laughed but affirmed my approach.

Maybe after breakfast they would bring out a bottle, I thought hahaha.

We set the table with some delicious wood-grilled arepas, butter, cheese, avocado and egg. Of course, the second cup of coffee arrived.

Between laughter and conversations the men continued commenting on the flavors of the food and drink. The pleasure was noticeable, the appreciation was noticeable, each one recognized the importance of sharing, of interacting with nature, of enjoying without having alcoholic beverages next to them. Honestly, I was amazed.

There is awareness, we are educating ourselves on the subject of sports, which is so important nowadays. You have to take care of yourself, you can not only enjoy getting drunk, there are other ways and this is an example of it.

My friend was not entirely convinced of the men's words, but the truth of the matter was that the only two drinks to share were a delicious parchita juice and coffee.

It is funny and hard to believe, but during the day it was emphasized how important it is to take care of your health. Among those present we talked about the weather, climate change, sharing, socializing and interacting with nature, as well as eating healthy and not drinking liquor. Several times the act was performed.

We laughed on this day like no other. The craziest but most accurate conversations I have heard in recent times was this coffee day on the mountain.

Hay una tendencia y me atrevería a decir una tendencia masiva de personas ejercitándose. Ya me conocen por acá en #Hive y por supuesto están al tanto de mi pasión por el deporte, bienestar y cuidado de la salud. Quizá esa sea la razón por la cual veo a tanta gente en parques, canchas, gimnasios u otros espacios practicando diferentes disciplinas deportivas y haciendo ejercicios. El fin de semana pasado estuve en mi lugar favorito, la montaña. Una amiga me invitó a su casa a tomar café y desde temprano, mi esposo y yo, decidimos agarrar la vía que nos conduciría hasta allá. Mi amiga ya había recibido en su casa a unos familiares, todos hombres, sólo estuvimos dos mujeres, ella y yo. Gracias a Dios me animé para acompañarla porque atender a tantos comensales hombres no es nada fácil jajaja. A las 9 de la mañana ofrecimos a los invitados el primer café. Cada quien tomó su taza y buscó un espacio para contemplar y degustar la aromática bebida. Algunos se agruparon en pareja para conversar mientras soplaba el hirviente líquido. Fue agradable ver esas escenas ¿Qué pensaban? ¿Cuáles recuerdos llegaron en ese momento? Como siempre, no dejamos escuchar expresiones como: — ¡Que café más bueno compadre! — ¡Que rico café! — ¡Cerrero como me gusta! Cerrero se refiere al café oscuro. Es decir, el primer tema de conversación fue sobre el sabor del café. Volviendo al asunto de los ejercicios, comentaba con mi amiga sobre el compartir y lo extraño de no ver a los hombres ofreciéndose licor para seguir disfrutando del día, ella soltó la carcajada pero afirmó mi planteamiento. Quizá después del desayuno sacarían alguna botella, pensé jajaja. Servimos la mesa con unas deliciosas arepas asadas en leña, mantequilla, queso, aguacate y huevo. Por supuesto, llegó la segunda taza de café. Entre risas y conversaciones siguieron los hombres comentando sobre los sabores de la comida y bebida. Se notó el placer, se notó el agradecimiento, cada uno reconoció la importancia de compartir, de interactuar con la naturaleza, de disfrutar sin tener al lado bebidas alcohólicas. Sinceramente, quedé sorprendida. Hay consciencia, nos estamos educando en este tema de hacer deporte el cual es tan importante actualmente. Hay que cuidarse, no sólo se puede disfrutar embriagándonos, existen otras maneras y esta es un ejemplo de ello. Quedaban dudas por ahí escondidas ja,ja,ja, mi amiga no estaba del todo convencida de las palabras de los hombres, pero lo cierto del caso fue que las dos únicas bebidas para compartir fueron un delicioso jugo de parchita y café. Causa gracia y cuesta creer pero durante el día se destacó lo importante que es el cuidado de la salud. Entre los presentes hablamos de los tiempos, cambios climáticos, del compartir, socializar e interactuar con la naturaleza, así como también comer sano y dejar de ingerir licor. Varias veces se hizo la actotación. Reímos en este día como en ningún otro. Las conversaciones más locas pero acertadas que he escuchado en estos últimos tiempos fue este día de café en la montaña. No pierdan nunca un momento como este. Nada como ese compartir entre amigos y familiares degustando el preciado café.
