Is $1 Leo enough to consider retirement?

The thought of Leo getting to $1 gets me excited but also gives me a lot of anxiety. On one hand, it is obviously a very awesome thing for Leo to reach such a value and it will certainly be good for the community. On the other hand, I feel like I'm not ready.

Over the years, Leofinance community has pretty much been my source of income. It is through this community that I developed an interest in crypto content creation and was able to branch out into freelance work.

My lack of formal financial education has been a barrier but the fact that I am still here and growing my portfolio without an external source of income means that I'm doing something right. I learned whatever little I know on the job and Leofinance enables me to share it with anyone willing to look my way.

For sharing information, I earn Leo tokens and of course Hive/HBD from post rewards. Leo token, as you all know, is a second layer token on Hive and you can earn it from sharing content or curating(liking) other people's posts. Your curation earning is based on your stake while your post earning is based on your network.

The Anxiety

The idea of Leo token, in particular, getting to $1, is one that feels me with a bit of excitement and anxiety, as I mentioned earlier. We'll talk about the excitement later but the anxiety of $1 Leo is borne out of the feeling that I don't quite have enough Leo tokens yet.

At the time of writing, I'm sitting on a pile of a bit over 11k Leo tokens that are mostly staked and used for curating. I use to have more but I had to sell to cater to personal stuff. If I hadn't sold, I'd probably have around 17K Leo tokens to my name.

Knowing that there's a strong possibility for Leo to reach $1 and me not having upwards of 20K Leo by then really makes me feel like I'm not quite there yet. I feel like I'm not doing enough to get more Leo and while I can't complain about what I earn from publications, I feel like I really should be buying a bit more Leo tokens from time to time.

The Excitement

On the flipside, the idea of $1 Leo fills me with a certain level of excitement, particularly due to the growth of my curation account.

Assuming Leo hits $1 today, I'll be able to say that I raised over $1,300 from simply curating publications. This would be an incredible milestone and something that I'd be immensely proud of.

At $1, the Leo I earn daily could actually be enough to sustain life in many parts of the world. When we eventually get Leo to $1, a sustained stay at that rate will outrightly transform the lives of thousands of lives around the world.

I can't say when $1 Leo will come around but I know it is on the cards and even higher prices are a possibility. It might take a while but all we can do is keep calm, keep stacking and continue radiating positive energy to the wider crypto community.

Haha, what about $1 cub? I still believe that eventually khal and team will be able to increase the value for cub as well.

Polycub should be able to get there more easily I think

We have seen one dollar Leo before, and there was much less development then. So I think we will see it again.

Leofinance launched Cubfinance, then the Cakepop IDO, then Leo Lightning, Leoinfra, and PolyCub, closely followed by LeoMobile and now LeoThreads. The amazing thing is there is so much more value in the ecosystem now, then when Leo was a dollar. SOme think the token was diluted by bLEO and now pLEO, but truth be told, they are wrapped versions of Leo, so no more is created and none is destroyed. If anything they should create scarcity.
I think price will catch up with value eventually, and one dollar Leo may only be the first stop.

Sometimes when I think of all these things, I just feel like I need to put in the work some more.

Even if it means me just sharing what I do.

Cos just imagine one day hive gets to 10$.

It will be crazy fr those who have been consistently stacking up on his.

Thought provoking post man

I need to 10x my Leo power before it can be considered as a retirement fund but even if it went up to $1 right now I won't mind.

On the other hand, if 1UP ever starts going up I should be just fine lol

None that I know of but I'm buying whenever I can. It's just criminally undervalued for the activity it generates imo.

Wow it would be really great if that will happen 💖🐳.

Leo = 1 usd
Hive 10 usd
Sps = 1 usd
Dec = 10 usd (per 1k )
This will be enough 😅

I can imagine Leo hits $1 again during the next bullrun. Maybe even more since it is tiny regarding market cap. If some people decide to get a bigger bunch of Leo the price will skyrocket.

You done incredibly well here and just alone with the community.
It's a feat you've got there. Moving steadily forward 20k is within reach aiming at $1 Leo.

Get enough LEO to consider retirement at these currently rock bottom prices.

Then anything higher is a pay-rise ;)
