I'm always tired
A combination of the weather condition and my tedious week schedule has me tired all through the week. In my spare time, all I want to do is play video game or sleep.
I like to frolick in the outdoor from time to time but I've not had the chance to do it. It's been nearly two months of constantly gruelling schedules and I fear it is not going to change for a while.
For what it's worth, I'm mentally adjusting to the demands of my routine. It's obviously not ideal to be doing consecutive 16-hour shifts with barely any break in between but that's the life for now.
I know the future is going to be much better than today but right now, the pain is real. Once in a while, I actually fantasize about a much less tedious lifestyle but try not to get too sucked into it because it will make the present travails feel worse than they currently do.
As if the stress of managing two jobs isn't bad enough, I also have to deal with this niggling pain in my joints. My knee and shoulder, in particular feel the worse of it. I've not done anything new in recent weeks, so my hunch is that the pain has something to do with the weather.
I look forward to putting these tough times behind me and start doing the things I enjoy. It's all a matter of time.
Joint pain is bad. You need light work in a warm environment.
