I really need a bullish miracle

Yesterday evening, I and my wife were crunching numbers as we usually do while working towards our relocation plans. I did my best to remain upbeat about the financial demands that this relocation will demand but the simple truth is that we really need a bull run.

It is somewhat ironic to think that I'm talking about a bull run at a time when it seems like the crypto market has a higher chance of dropping to zero. However, even just a little skin in the game will let you know that this is only just a minor bump in the journey.

If you're so shaken by the current state of the general crypto market and feel the need to rage quit, then maybe cryptocurrencies aren't good for your kidney. My advice is you just invest in basic normy assets and forget about this shit because it'll screw up your digestive system.

If like me, you're very exposed and willing to live on the edge by risking it all, then you know for sure that you're where you want to be. You're invested in a very risky asset class that crashes on a whim and pumps as well.

In any case, as one that is very exposed and currently has 100% of invested assets in crypto, I'm in a good place to tell you not to panic. However, while I'm not panicking, I need the fate of the crypto market to reverse as soon as possible.

I'm asking for a miracle

There's no nicer way to put it; what I'm asking for is very unlikely and is in fact a miracle because there's no sign of a pump on the horizon. In fact, the way things are, there's probably even more pain waiting for the market ahead and that's really what scares me.

One of the most difficult things to do with crypto assets is planning for the future with them. Things are a lot easier when you just intend to hodl or flip assets that you don't necessarily rely on for your sustenance.

For me, every day is a balancing act between short and long term targets that I want to achieve with my crypto.

@forexbrokr never ceases to remind me about the fact that crypto is meant to be eventually sold. However, while this is quite obvious on the surface, there's always this fear of missing out in the future to makes me worry about pulling the trigger on some assets that I could sell.

Right now, I'm in a position where selling is inevitable to achieve the plan. All I'm asking for is a decent pump between now and when I have to sell because this will make life a lot easier for us.

Maybe the bear market might not be too bad

The plan is to sell it all now and buy it all back later. Getting all back later will be a lot more difficult if I sell the bottom and be forced to buy the top when the bull market eventually comes around.

I keep thinking that while the bear market sucks for my immediate plans, the bear market also ensures that buying it all back will be a lot easier. It's a delicate balance that is dependent on fate.

My hope is that the market gives me an exit pump, then dumps right back down to the abyss, so I can buy it all back. Naturally, this will require doing some analysis to pick my moment and then some luck for things to go my way.

For the next couple of months, I'll be looking at the charts more often than I usually do. I need to figure out how to squeeze out maximum value from the assets in my wallet while hoping for a miracle.

I feel your troubles brother. We all need one more bullish surprise to sort a few things out. Maybe, we will get it, maybe not. But whatever the case, we will survive. Perhaps, you will have to cut down some of the costs in order to be able to relocate.

I don't want to move out of an unstable economy into another unstable economy where I have to learn a new language and probably deal with racists/xenophobic crap.

Then I have no clue where you can move to, possibly Antarctica or Alaskan wilds? No economy is a good economy I hear about the bartering system.

Hopefully more small town, then you can have like cottage house or one of those tiny houses those are cool also keeps from having children cause no space which is always good, a garden and 2 big rotweillers to eat the village folk.

This is cool tho, although somewhat smaller than standard self-contain over here, the design adds a good feel to it.

I hope we will indeed get that miracle.

In the mean time I make sure to always take some profit when things go up.

And I make sure to never go all in at one or all out at once. Because you never know if it will go up or down in the short term. Markets are irrational

Not a great position to be in!

Being up $140k on Polycub in the first 3 days after launch is going to haunt me for a while :D

However...

Even if you sell the bottom and get forced into buying in at a higher level, you still have all your knowledge intact and your reputation on Hive. Looking at the state of crypto and the regulations coming down, BTC and Hive are two of the most decentralized networks out there.

There's actually no logical reason to think that crypto will go up at all over the next year. At best I'd say we trade flat. The economy is in shambles and could take years to recover.

Just sounds like you need a job man...

If there's nothing in person in your city, then double down on your freelancing.

Not just waiting for the odd person to come to you via Fiverr.

You need to be actively cold messaging 100s of people every single day with your offer.

Trying to lock them into recurring deals.

Let's start here:

  1. What is the service you're offering?
    • Then we can craft your offer to prospective clients.

  2. How much money in USD do you need to make per month?
    • Then we will work out how many clients you need for the amount of work you can handle.
