I'm currently picking up SPS as well as much as I can, but 250k is quite far away :-D My guild is 3 tier as well, but activity has dropped quite a bit in the last months, with a lot of players not filling their teams and freeloading on those of us who do :-( We still get nice rewards, though, usually around 30 SPS per brawl.
