But the appearance suggests that it might be one. The jagged lateral line (most wall lizards have a straight line there) and also the slightly greenish coloration. Maybe I should contact the biologist Karin Ernst, who researches the habitat of the animals? In any case, Croatian mountain lizards have been found so far in Carinthia, wich is not so far away from here.
Whereby it allegedly avoids settlement areas, so probably not. And also the normal stone lizard on the photo here: https://www.krone.at/549074 looks like my garden lizard dont you think? Whereas mine has much more pronounced spikes. Oh, it is always difficult to make such determinations as a layman.

Habe versucht ihre genaue Art zu bestimmen. Auf jeden Fall gehört sie wohl zu den "echten Eidechsen" und wahrscheinlich ist sie eine sogenannte Mauer-, Stein- oder Burgeidechse. Allerdings hatte ich dann auch Informationen zur kroatischen Gebirgseidechse gefunden, wobei auf den Webseiten auch steht, sie sei eindeutig nur dann zu bestimmen, wenn man sie fängt:

Aber das Aussehen spricht dafür, dass es vielleicht eine sein könnte. Die gezackte Seitenlinie (die meisten Mauereidechsen haben da eine gerade Linie) und auch die leicht grünliche Färbung.
Vielleicht sollte ich der Biologin Karin Ernst, die den Lebensraum der Tiere erforscht kontaktieren? Gefunden wurden kroatische Gebirgseidechsen auf jeden Fall bisher in Kärnten, was ja nicht so weit von hier wäre.
Wobei sie angeblich Siedlungsgebiete meidet, also wohl eher doch nicht. Und auch das Foto auf der Krone Webseite sieht so aus, wie meine Garten Eidechse oder? Wobei meine viel ausgeprägtere Zacken hat. Ach, es ist immer schwierig solche Bestimmungen als Laie durchzuführen.

Auf jeden Fall aber vermute ich, dass es noch eine sehr junge Eidechse ist, da die Schuppen noch nicht so rauh aussehen und sie sieht so frisch, schlank und "neu" aus! Und so ein hübsches Tierchen!
