The plants in your garden are not durable to endure the harshness of the sun. You can limit their suffering by watering them more often and probably finding something to share them with temporarily anytime the sun is at 100 degree celsius to reduce transpiration rate.
As for you, you are coping well. Keep walking about shirtless ehn. You won't bleach rather you will become dark like coal 😜

For watering, yes I don't have issue with that.
But for constructing a shade for them, Omo, there's a reason they're called plant oooh, they have to endure 😂.
