Let's Make a Collage - A Contest for All Creatives on Hive - Round 142 - The Loneliest Whale
(Edited)
Hi everyone, have you heard the story about the 52-Hz whale? The story of a loneliest whale in the world who sings all his life. This whale sound has a frequency of 52 Hertz, which the sound is different sound from the frequency of whales in general. And because of the difference in frequency, this whale cannot be recognized by the herd. Sad to know that. He sang in search of his flock, but none of them answered his song. I can imagine how lonely this whale is in the vast ocean without being able to communicate with the others.
In my work this time, I was inspired by this quite famous 52 Hertz whale. How could he swim in such a vast ocean alone all his life? Passed another fish, but no one understood him. Swim and sing all his life, not knowing that not a single whale will answer his call. I hope that if he is still alive at this time, he will find a group of his kind there. And if he's lucky, I hope he'll find the partner he's been looking for all this time. So he can dance and sing in the moonlight with the other whales.
I created two versions of the collage using some of the same sources. Which do you think is interesting? Let me know in the comments below. I hope you like my work this time. Enjoy.

This looks cool
great fantasy collage
good luck to the contest
Thank you very much ❤️ Good luck!
I definitely like both of them. Together they are even like a kind of yin and yang. One complements the other, in a way.
But each one on its own is really beautiful.
Well done!
Good luck in the contest.
Many thanks for using my LIL material. :-)
Thank you for the feedback @quantumg. Actually the two pictures are unity, it's just that I place them at different times (present and past). As you said, they complement each other.
Thanks for the support.
You are inspired this week, @bayuismail. Both versions are wonderful, but I love the first one. Why? I'm not sure. Maybe the darkness of the night, the vastness of the stars suggest loneliness. It is a sad story and I will be sure to read about this whale. It is new to me.
Thank you for using the beautiful flamingos. Good in the contest.
Glad if my work can inspire you. Thank you for the support and feedback, it means a lot to me. Yes, the dark blue and dark purple colors make the night in the picture look sad and empty. But with the addition of pink to the clouds and flamingos, it makes the whales feel loved.
Interesting collage, you made it so perfectly and with great care that I don't think there's anything wrong with it
Thank you for your kind comments.
