Hola Actifit, el día de ayer fué un día tranquilo y productivo, fué un día fuerte y divertido. A pesar que no tenía abundantes ganas de entrenar, vine a la vereda sin propósito, al llegar me puse a practicar algunos trucos y saqué un video muy bonito, del cual saqué fotos, de las cuáles varias se encuentran dentro de las que subí aquí mismo.

Después recordé que el día martes no entrené, y aproveché, e hice la rutina que tenía planeada para ese día, realizando una rutina fuerte de abdomen.

Hoy en el presente sentí los resultados del entrenamiento de ayer el cual me dejó casi sin fuerza para levantarme de la cama.

Hi Actifit, yesterday was a quiet and productive day, it was a strong and fun day. Although I didn't feel like training, I came to the sidewalk without purpose, when I arrived I started to practice some tricks and I took a very nice video, of which I took some pictures, some of them you can find in the ones I uploaded here.

Then I remembered that I didn't train on Tuesday, and I took advantage of it, and I did the routine I had planned for that day, doing a strong abdominal routine.

Today I felt the results of yesterday's workout which left me with almost no strength to get out of bed.
