What we have lost.
There are many things that we have lost since the beginning of the war in Ukraine.
It may not be physical things at all, it may be. for example, a feeling of complete peace, or, some habits, for example, evening walks.
Yes, my family and I used to go out for evening walks almost every evening.
We loved to walk in the park, or along the streets of the old quarters of our city.
Sit on a bench, remember something and laugh, we really lack this, because curfews and evening walks are incompatible things.
But, of course, compared to the fact that many people lost their lives in the war, lost their relatives, their homes, jobs, livelihoods, my losses seem ridiculous, but. and this can be very much cherished and hoped that, one day, the time for evening walks will return.
I tried to make this photograph of the old park as dramatic and mysterious as possible.
Photos taken with a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 camera.
