Shadows fly away at noon.
Shadows disappear at noon, that was the name of the old film, which, in fact, had nothing to do with shadows, and this photograph has a direct relation to them.
The snow-white gull hid in the shade of the trees, where it could hide from the scorching sun.
But, the wind shook the crowns of trees and bright rays of light cut through the shadow like knives.
They, or I, standing with a camera in my hands, frightened her and she had to leave this secluded place.
The shadow was so thick and dense that the white gull turned black and could be mistaken for a crow.
But, the shadow is short-lived and, most likely, it will let go of the seagull and it will again become like white snow, which rushes at a frantic speed over the surface of the waters of the lake.
Shadows fly away at noon, that's what I called this photograph.
Photos taken with a Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX300 camera.
