Green Thursday - Color challenge - A stranger among his own.

Very often, the fate of trees growing in the forest is similar to a vector that begins in the forest and is directed towards the carpentry industry, but sometimes it is cyclical and ends where it began, namely, in the forest.

This old log was once a tree that was cut down and sent for processing.

Boards could have been made from it, which later would become window frames, or stools, but fate decreed otherwise.

Someone decided to build something in the forest and he needed logs.

This log was bought and brought to the forest, dropping it from a dump truck to the ground.

Some time passed and that person's plans or circumstances changed and he forgot about his idea.

So, this log continues to lie in the forest surrounded by its green brothers, but now it is a gray stranger for them, which is not able to grow new branches, dissolve green leaves.
