Life lately: Back from blogging hiatus!
Hey Hivers! It's been a while since I last posted. I know, you've missed me terribly. Haha lol. But do not worry for I have returned from a long hiatus, ready to engage you with my daily hustles, adventures, and mishaps.
First things first, though. I have to admit, I haven't been the best blogger lately. In fact, my keyboard was covered in cobwebs when I finally sat down to write this post, lol. But hey, can you blame me? I was too busy hustling and taking care of my cats. There are a new lovely addition which I will discuss in my next post.
Anyway, let's talk about the downside of taking a break from blogging. For one thing, it's hard to get back into the swing of things. I mean, my brain is still in hustling mode. It's like I've forgotten how to string words together in a way that makes sense. And let's not even get started on the backlog of emails and deliverables from clients. I think I need a vacation just to deal with all that stuff.
But you know what? It's worth it. Taking time off to recharge and relax is important. And if that means neglecting my beloved blog for a little while, so be it. I think we all need to cut ourselves some slack sometimes. Life can be overwhelming, and it's okay to step back and take a breather. Because life in general can be daunting too.
So, what did I learn from my blogging hiatus? Well, for starters, I discovered that the world doesn't stop spinning just because I'm not churning out content on a regular basis. Crazy, right? I also realized that there are plenty of other things I enjoy doing besides writing. Who knew? Maybe I'll take up stitching or woodworking or something. (Just kidding, I have no idea how to do either of those things.)
In all seriousness, though, it's good to shake things up every once in a while. It can be easy to fall into a rut, especially when you're doing something creative like blogging. But taking a break can help you come back with fresh ideas and renewed enthusiasm.
So, there you have it. I hope you enjoyed my ramblings, and I promise to be back with more (hopefully) witty and insightful posts soon. And more cat post too. Until then, I still have to reply to some emails. Lol. Cheers!
