The ciplukan fruit hanging beautifully on its stem seems to tell a story about nature which never tires of giving. Behind the green petals that protect it, there is hidden a small golden yellow fruit that is ready to bring a sweet taste to the tongue. This fruit grows in land that we may often pass by without realizing its existence.

Ciplukan, which in scientific language is called Physalis angulata, is a wild fruit that grows abundantly on the edges of fields and among wild grass. Even though it is often considered a wild plant, this fruit has extraordinary benefits. In the past, this fruit was only known to village children who liked to look for natural snacks while playing in the fields. They will pick it and enjoy its fresh sweet taste, a simple pleasure that comes from nature.

However, as time went by, ciplukan began to become more widely known, and its health benefits began to be recognized. From controlling blood sugar to maintaining heart health, this little fruit has great benefits.
