Be careful
Why my post has such a name will become clear at the very end. In the meantime, we meet the morning at the forest lake.
I was just passing by this lake with the intention of going into the pine forest and looking for lingonberries. But the camera and my curiosity did not allow me to visit berry places.
This is a very small forest lake. Standing on one bank, I shoot the opposite bank. But there is one peculiarity. The depth of this lake reaches 80 meters...
From the shore, everything looks as usual, although beautiful, especially in autumn, when the trees become colorful.
You see a steep bank, which is overgrown with pine forest. Apparently under water the angle of inclination of the ground is even steeper. Whatever it was, but fish are caught here, a recreation center is located on the shore and bathing is organized in the summer season.
Do you see this green cape? I saw it too and wanted to get on it. And here begins the most interesting part of my walk.
I'll show you a panorama without framing, so as not to miss the details.
In fact, this cape turned out to be part of a floating island. The roots of trees, shrubs and grasses intertwined with each other and created a living raft that can move around the lake.
My curiosity got the better of my caution and I followed this old trunk to the island.
Everything you see in the last photo is wet. Yes, I plunged into the water.. It's a good thing I didn't wet my camera.
I was already approaching the edge of the island when the trunk under my feet began to sink into the pulp of the island and turn around. It was good that this log was between my legs and I sat astride it. However, my feet were in the water :)
And the camera continued to shoot...

O my… what an adventure @bambuka 🤓 hope the clothes dried quickly after you got so wet.
Sometimes curiosity brings us in situations we didn’t expect.
Good to hear the camera didn’t get wet. And you could share these lovely photographs with us.
Beautiful captures.
Have a wonderful Tuesday 👋🏻☀️
I didn't get that far from the car, and there was dry laundry in it. So I was able to change my clothes.
Yes, the camera is more important than clothes))
Thank you.
