Autumn Gold

avatar

It's already half September, but I don't see any gold. The trees are green and don't even think about autumn colors. And only the temperature has ceased to be summer.

Oddly enough, there are no mushrooms in the forest either. Tomorrow I will try to make a post about mushrooms. Some of them, of course, are growing, but this is not something that should grow at this time. Everything is changing...

It was interesting for me to find photos from 3 years ago in my archives and see my old post-processing style. Unfortunately, I didn't find the RAW files of these photos. Then the comparison would be accurate. Now I can only feel if I like this treatment. But I don't see the source material at the same time...

And yet, here are these photos. They were filmed in the Leningrad suburb of Gatchina.

This is a small town whose main attraction is its gorgeous park and palaces. We will not focus on the palaces today, some other time.

But we will be happy to walk through this autumn park. Oaks and maples give it a particularly rich look. This is really autumn gold. That autumn, nature was generous with colors and they lasted a long time.

I even remember that I was tired of the abundance of colors in the photos and already wished for winter, pure white snow and peace.

But now I miss the bright autumn colors and shades. Just as in winter I dreamed of greenery, so now I want autumn gold instead of greenery.

I guess I talk a lot, just chat. But what to do, you need someone to pour out your feelings not only in photos, but also in words.

На мой взгляд, золота достаточно, что-то вас на большое кол-во золота потянуло 😉 😂

Сказать - красота это мало!

У вас там может и есть золотишко, а у нас зелень... и без портретов президентов ))

As always Mr. Bambuka.... Genius in your photos, highlighting the wonders of nature. The yellow trees reminded me of the typical tree of my country (Venezuela): The Araguaney. Greetings and blessings!

Autumn is splendid... climate has changed. Something we need to adapt to.

In fact, we have not yet returned to the climate before the last ice age. This is not global warming, as they are trying to convince us, this is a return to normal)
