Today I took the decision to cut off smoking cigarettes forever. At the last few months the condition with my lungs got worst. So i wrote here on chain, in order to keep an eye on that post daily and never smoke again.

good for you... I make same decision 6 years ago. Your body will be grateful for that after some time. First 3 months was worst...
