What The Ladies Technology Do☆Loh#151//Lo que hacen las señoras de la tecnología☆Loh#151[ Eng/Esp].

When all want one thing in life before we eventually die and that is to benefit from life. In what we do, what we say, how we make things happen and all. No one wants to work without getting anything in return and, this is what draws me to this week Lady's of Hive community contest and, I am working with this quote;

_{The number one benefit of information technology is that it empowers people to do what they want to do. It lets people be creative. It lets people be productive. It lets people learn things they didn't think they could earn before, and so in a sense it is all about potential}

To me, this community Is an information technology which empowers each community member to write about themselves without being judged, seek help regarding their life as a lady and enjoy the company of others.

Ladies of hive helps us to be productive, it is like being in a household where everyone has to do something, show their potential, their creative minds and be accepted which is the benefit the community has given us.

When I found this community, I was absolutely thrilled. I wish you could all see my face then and as per ritual on checking each community about and rules, my eyes did a 360 when I saw this.

I mean, who wouldn't see this and be happy. I found my feminine side rose up and I felt like I ruled the world, hehe. It felt good knowing that there's a community where women can voice out without being shunned.

I know many of us remember days when women weren't allowed to speak or do anything outside their household work and we know the feeling it gave. Moments where you would have to swallow your opinions on things because you are not meant to speak in gatherings only to nod and listen. Those moments were so tiring that even the thoughts of reminiscing on them drained me.

Though I believe there are still some parts in some countries where women are still treated this way and I would have loved to bring them right here if I had the super power because I know they will benefit greatly from it.

The benefits this community has given to people, ladies especially, is something out of a movie, unbelievably realistic and this makes it perfect.

I have benefited from this community as it has helped me in the emotional aspect as a lady. It is sad to see many underrate the emotional aspects of people and this happens a lot in my country. They believe it is not grave like the physical aspect which is wrong. Our emotions can drive us crazy if we don't find a place to let it all out and this community has created that place because as women, we are emotional beings and act greatly on our emotions if we lose control.

Therefore, I am grateful for being part of this community. A big thank you to all community members whose stories and voices keep us informed, ready, and loved. The moderators for always putting an effort to reply to posts and bringing significant ideas for contests. And, mostly the admin for coming up with the idea of creating a unique haven for people who want their voices to be heard. You all are amazing.

Cuando todos queremos una cosa en la vida antes de que finalmente morir y que es beneficiarse de la vida. En lo que hacemos, lo que decimos, cómo hacemos que las cosas sucedan y todo eso. Nadie quiere trabajar sin recibir nada a cambio y, esto es lo que me atrae de esta semana del concurso de la comunidad Lady's of Hive y, estoy trabajando con esta cita;

Para mí, esta comunidad es una tecnología de la información que permite a cada miembro de la comunidad escribir sobre sí mismo sin ser juzgado, buscar ayuda sobre su vida como mujer y disfrutar de la compañía de los demás.

Damas de la colmena nos ayuda a ser productivos, es como estar en un hogar donde todo el mundo tiene que hacer algo, mostrar su potencial, sus mentes creativas y ser aceptado que es el beneficio que la comunidad nos ha dado.

Cuando encontré esta comunidad, me emocioné muchísimo. Desearía que todos pudieran ver mi cara en ese momento y, según el ritual de comprobar cada comunidad y sus reglas, mis ojos dieron un giro de 360 grados cuando vi esto.

Quién no vería esto y se alegraría. Descubrí que mi lado femenino se elevó y me sentí como si gobernara el mundo, jeje. Me sentí bien sabiendo que hay una comunidad donde las mujeres pueden expresarse sin ser rechazadas.

Sé que muchas de nosotras recordamos los días en que a las mujeres no se les permitía hablar ni hacer nada fuera de sus tareas domésticas y sabemos la sensación que daba. Momentos en los que tenías que tragarte tus opiniones sobre las cosas porque no se supone que debas hablar en las reuniones, sólo asentir y escuchar. Esos momentos eran tan agotadores que incluso pensar en recordarlos me agotaba.

Aunque creo que todavía hay algunas partes en algunos países donde las mujeres siguen siendo tratadas así y me habría encantado traerlas aquí mismo si tuviera el superpoder, porque sé que se beneficiarían mucho de ello.

Los beneficios que esta comunidad ha aportado a la gente, especialmente a las mujeres, es algo sacado de una película, increíblemente realista y esto lo hace perfecto.

Yo me he beneficiado de esta comunidad porque me ha ayudado en el aspecto emocional como dama. Es triste ver que muchos infravaloran los aspectos emocionales de las personas y esto ocurre mucho en mi país. Creen que no es tan grave como el aspecto físico, lo cual es un error. Nuestras emociones pueden volvernos locas si no encontramos un lugar donde desahogarnos y esta comunidad ha creado ese lugar porque, como mujeres, somos seres emocionales y actuamos mucho según nuestras emociones si perdemos el control.

Por lo tanto, estoy agradecida por formar parte de esta comunidad. Un gran agradecimiento a todos los miembros de la comunidad cuyas historias y voces nos mantienen informadas, preparadas y queridas. A los moderadores por esforzarse siempre en responder a los mensajes y aportar ideas significativas para los concursos. Y, sobre todo, a los administradores, por haber tenido la idea de crear un refugio único para las personas que quieren que se escuche su voz. Sois todos increíbles.
