Spending time alone increases productivity
When I need more productivity, I usually try to stay alone and spend time alone. But even then if we have the right tools, only then will we be able to increase productivity. I have been keeping it as a practice to stay in the office late hours to spend some time alone doing something productive. I mostly use this time to pick up some challenging tasks or tasks that need more focus. This has helped because those are the times when there will be no distractions around me making me more productive.
Distraction is a big challenge
There are a few challenges when it comes to the workplace or even if we work from home. There is a high chance that we might start doing unnecessary or unwanted tasks if we are at home. At the same time if we are in the workplace that doesn't mean that we can be fully productive. There is also a high chance that we get easily carried away talking to colleagues on topics that are not going to add any value. Maybe some discussions are okay to create a good environment around us but not all the discussions are productive, they only distract us and ultimately we end up piling up a lot of work.
Taking a walk to stay alone
Sometimes I take a walk alone when I need some solution for a problem. Being a developer, it is important to keep the mind calm because sometimes we have to think a lot to come up with a solution. I usually take a walk downstairs in the office. This helps me spend time with myself alone and at the same time, this will also give me more room for thinking about the problem and the solutions. I can go to meeting rooms in the office and try to do things alone but most of the time taking a walk helps because it will help my mind relax and at the same time it is also healthy for the body. After coming back to the desk from a walk, I end up completing the tasks.
Doing nothing increases productivity
We might wonder how doing nothing can increase productivity because productivity itself is about doing something and not about doing nothing. But sometimes when we pile up a lot of work, it is hard to have clear thinking, and how much ever we push ourselves hard, we will not be able to achieve much. So ultimately doing nothing can help us relax a little bit and after that relaxation, we will be able to achieve more or complete tasks faster than before. Taking frequent breaks is good as long as relaxing is the reason behind it. If we are going to take breaks and do something that would waste our time, then there again our productivity gets lost.
Our mind has the power to solve any type of problem. If we spend time with ourselves, our mind is capable of organizing the thoughts and prioritizing our thoughts. This way it will give us directions to break down our tasks and if we complete small chunks of our tasks, it will increase productivity because completing a task gives us motivation to continue.

You’re right about the fact that distraction is a big challenge and that’s why it is good to be able to recognize the things that can distract us so we can stay away from them whenever we need to be focused
You’re right about all of these
I mostly run away from everyone when when I want to be focused
Not like they don’t wish me well but because I just have to stay alone
Being an 'alone' person I can attest personally to the fact that alone moments are some of my most productive especially in terms of getting ideas, etc. In the same vein relaxation can help speed up our productivity rate so it's really important. Thanks for sharing your thoughts. Have a great day.

Absolutely agree with you brother. I find being alone helps me focus and brainstorm too. Especially when I need to clear my head and prioritize tasks.

Ah man, that's why I am not trading right now because I have so many distractions going on at home currently since I moved home to help with my dad with Parkinson's and stage 4 cancer. My mom is so incredibly ADHD it's not even funny, and I thought I was bad. So the two of us trying to work under the same roof has been a struggle, lol.
Oh that's very sad. Hope you find some peace of mind in spite of all these things soon.
Just gotta keep rolling on

This right here serves as a reminder that mental rest and reflection are crucial for organizing thoughts and maintaining motivation.
By breaking tasks into manageable chunks, we can steadily increase our productivity while avoiding burnout.
I indeed like your article as it deals with psychological aspect of Finance which am really interested in, about the steps you outlined in this article I have tried most and the do work, staying alone brings about a level of meditation which brings about the recollection and reorganization of thoughts in once mind.
Relaxing indeed is a key to keeping the mind alright at all times as well as engaging in challenge situations to improve it's efficiency.
I will say this is actually talking to me massively. To be able to deal with distraction has been a very strong one for me not to be able to deal with and not only that this has affected me not to manage my time effectively
You are very right. I think the main issue a whole lot of people face is they are not really able to control their time
